M. Teixeira Soapstone offers nationwide shipping from our New York/New Jersey and California warehouse locations. We offer FREE shipping on some of our products and have contracts with trucking companies to provide the most affordable shipping rates.

Delivering Your Order

Soapstone orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 to 10 business days. Transit time can vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Any questions or to track your order, please call 877-478-8170. Most of our soapstone items are large, heavy and bulky, please be prepared to receive them.

Freight and Crating Charges

Minimum soapstone order of 40 square feet is required to qualify for free shipping. A crating charge of $99.00 applies per 50 square foot increments.

Receiving Your Order

Shipping included is curbside shipping only, and customer is responsible for supplying unloading help on oversize/overweight soapstone items.

Material Inspection

Please inspect your soapstone order upon arrival. Any visual damage of your soapstone product should be reported to our offices immediately. All our soapstone materials are shipped fully insured. All damage claims and/or any other complaints MUST be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail to info@soapstones.com or fax, 201-525-0069.

Free Shipping and Discounts for Texas (TX) Residents:

All soapstone countertop and/or soapstone slab orders over 50 square feet shipping to Texas (TX) now qualify for FREE shipping regardless of soapstone slab sizes or types. Keep in mind that 50 square feet is the average amount of material required to do most kitchen countertop projects. Austin residents will receive an additional 10% OFF in addition to the free shipping. All Soapstone sink orders include free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Pick Up Orders in New Jersey,  Denver COLORADO, NORTH CAROLINA and California.

We have 4 of our own branches in the USA and clients  are welcome to pick up their orders at these locations.

While every store may have different items in stock, please give us a call to confirm what each store has in stock currently.

Discount Terms

Discount applies to retail clients only. Discounts are not automatically given, therefore the purchaser must request it at time of ordering. We cannot apply any discounts after the order has been shipped.
