Returns only accepted after 7 business days. Pleas inspect goods being delivered. Any damage claims only accepted if carrier’s delivery receipt is noted damaged. Soapstone, is a product of nature subject to natural fissures, pattern/veining variation. Some surface scratches expected on non fabricated soapstone slabs.
No returns accepted on remnants. Exclusions From Proposal(unless noted otherwise): No millwork, sub structure, supports or any plumbing work included. No sealer, thin set, grout or waterproof unless otherwise noted.
